This app has no servers and no account system — the developer does not collect, receive or store any of your data. This policy explains what the app processes on your device, where that data lives, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
The developer collects nothing. There is no account system, no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking component, and no data is sent to any developer-controlled server — there is none.
The following data is processed and stored by the app locally on your device:
1.1 Calendar and Reminders
- Purpose: read your events and to-dos to build work dossiers on top of them; create, edit and delete events and reminders when you ask to — this is the app’s core function
- Scope: the app reads and writes your device’s system Calendar and Reminders; it keeps no separate copy of your schedule. You can choose which calendars are shown
- Writes: only when you explicitly create, edit, schedule, or project an action item into Reminders
1.2 Dossiers, records and documents
- Content: the dossiers you open on events (phases, sub-tasks, resources, timed segments, timeline entries) and Markdown documents
- Storage: the app’s local database; photo and audio attachments are kept in the app’s sandbox
1.3 Camera and Photos
- Purpose: take or pick a photo while recording, stored as an attachment on the dossier
- Storage: photos stay in the app’s sandbox and are never uploaded
1.4 Microphone
- Purpose: record voice memos while recording
- Storage: audio files stay in the app’s sandbox. If you use speech-to-text, recognition runs on-device; audio never leaves the device
1.5 Notifications
- Purpose: goal-reached and Pomodoro phase reminders — all local notifications
- Note: the app uses no push server; the developer cannot send you messages
1.6 What is never collected
- Your events, dossiers, documents or attachments are never uploaded to a developer server (there is none)
- No location or health data is read
- No IDFA / advertising identifier, no cross-app or cross-site tracking
- No device identifiers, profiling or behavioural analytics
- No third-party SDKs
2. How we use this information
Solely to provide the app’s own functionality: building and advancing work dossiers on your schedule, timing, recording, writing minutes and reviewing. Never for advertising, profiling, or sale or sharing with any third party.
3. Storage and sync
| Location | Details |
|---|---|
| Your device | Events and to-dos live in the system Calendar and Reminders; dossiers, documents and other app data live in the app’s local database; attachments in the app sandbox |
| Your private iCloud database | If you are signed in to iCloud and enable sync, app data syncs to your own iCloud to stay consistent across your devices |
Data is stored in the private database under your Apple Account, encrypted and managed by Apple. The developer has no access to its contents.
4. Third-party services
The app contains no third-party SDKs and makes no network requests of its own.
It uses Apple system services: Calendar and Reminders, Camera and Photos, Microphone and on-device Speech recognition, local notifications, Live Activities, and iCloud. Only iCloud sync moves data off the device, and its destination is your own private iCloud database, governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
5. Your rights
5.1 Permissions
| Permission | Required | Effect if denied |
|---|---|---|
| Calendar | Yes | Events cannot be read and dossiers cannot be created; the core function is unavailable |
| Reminders | Yes | To-dos cannot be read and action items cannot be projected |
| Camera / Photos | No | Photos cannot be captured or picked; everything else works |
| Microphone | No | Voice memos cannot be recorded; everything else works |
| Notifications | No | No timer reminders; everything else works |
All permissions can be revoked at any time in the system Settings app.
5.2 Deleting data
- In the app: delete dossiers, documents and attachments; deleting a dossier never deletes the system event it is attached to
- Completely: uninstalling the app removes all app data and attachments from the device; your system Calendar and Reminders are unaffected
- In iCloud: Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Account Storage
The developer holds none of your data and therefore neither needs to nor can delete it on your behalf.
5.3 Children’s privacy
The app is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. As the app collects no data at all, this has no additional practical effect.
6. Contact
For questions, complaints, or to exercise your rights, use the developer support channel on the App Store page.
If the app’s data handling changes, this policy will be updated here with a new effective date; material changes will be announced in the app.
