Simple Schedule · Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-11
Effective: 2026-09-11
Please read these terms before using Simple Schedule (the “app”). By downloading, installing or using the app you agree to them.
1. The service
The app is a work-dossier tool for iPhone, iPad and Mac. On top of your system Calendar and Reminders it opens dossiers on events and to-dos, with timing, process records, documents and review. It has no servers and no account system; everything runs on your device, and multi-device sync of app data goes through your own private iCloud database.
2. Licence and restrictions
The developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
3. Your content
Your dossiers, records, documents and attachments belong to you. The developer claims no rights to them and cannot access them (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Important notes about Calendar and Reminders
4.1 The app writes system data directly
Events and reminders the app creates, edits or deletes are your device’s system events and reminders. If iCloud Calendar sync is on, those changes sync to your other devices. A deleted event cannot be undone inside the app.
4.2 Deleting a dossier does not delete the event
Deleting a dossier, project or document in the app removes app data only; the system event or reminder it is attached to is not deleted. Conversely, when a system event is deleted, the app asks how to handle its dossier.
4.3 Check before bulk actions
Scheduling and cascading project deletion change several records at once. Review the scope before confirming. The developer is not liable for data changes caused by mistaken operations.
5. Disclaimers
5.1 Timing and reminders
Timing relies on the device clock; goal and Pomodoro reminders rely on iOS local notifications, whose delivery is affected by power management, Focus modes and similar settings and is not guaranteed to be on time or at all. Do not rely on the app as the sole reminder for important matters.
5.2 Generated content
Draft minutes, extracted action items and suggested checklists are produced by on-device models and may be inaccurate. Review them before relying on them. The developer makes no guarantee of accuracy.
5.3 Sync
iCloud sync is provided by Apple; its availability, timeliness and consistency are outside the developer’s control. Sync may be delayed or fail when you are not signed in to iCloud, the network is unavailable, or iCloud storage is full.
6. Changes to and termination of the service
The developer may update, change or discontinue the app at any time. The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the app.
7. Third-party services
The app uses Apple’s Calendar, Reminders, Camera, Microphone, Speech recognition, Notifications, Live Activities and iCloud services, each governed by Apple’s own terms. The developer is not responsible for their availability or performance.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time; the effective date on this page will be revised. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect.
